Forgotten password

Who can do this: Administrator Teacher Nurse Bus crew Parent

If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one with a code sent to your email. Nobody at your school can see or reset your password for you.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?. If you had already typed your email, it is filled in for you.
  2. On the Reset your password page, enter your Email address and press Send reset code.
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit code. For privacy, PinkTower says it has sent a code "if an account exists", whether or not that email has an account.
  4. Type the code into Reset code.
  5. Enter your New password and type it again in Confirm new password.
  6. Press Reset password.
  7. When you see Password reset, PinkTower takes you to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.

Your new password works at every school you belong to, because you have one login for all of them.

If the code does not arrive

  • Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
  • Press Resend code to get a new one. Use the newest code you receive.
  • Make sure you typed the email address your school invited you on. Press ← Back to change it.
  • "That code has expired. Request a new one." Press Resend code.
  • "Too many attempts. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Wait before trying again.

If you remembered your password after all, press Sign in at the bottom of the page.
