Stories¶

A story is a short update about one child's progress: a first word, a new skill, a proud moment. The child's parents are notified when a story is shared.
Share a story¶
Who can do this: Administrator Teacher
- Open Messages in the sidebar, then the Stories tab.
- Press Story (or Add story, when there are no stories yet).
- Choose the Class. Teachers can choose only the classes they teach.
- Choose the Student.
- Write the Story: what the child did or said.
- Tick Includes a photo if the moment has a photo in the gallery.
- Press Share story.
A story is text only
Includes a photo only adds a Photo label to the story. It does not attach a picture. To share the photo itself, upload it to the Photo gallery and tag the child.
Stories cannot be edited or deleted once shared, so check the child's name before you press Share story.
Who sees which stories¶

Nurses do not have a Stories tab.
