Alumni access

Who can do this: Parent

Once none of your children is still enrolled at a school, your access to that school becomes read-only. This happens on its own when the school records your last child there as graduated or left. A banner at the top of every page says Your access is read-only.

What you can still do

  • Sign in, as before. Your account is never switched off.
  • Read everything from your children's time at the school: attendance, payments, receipts and documents.
  • Pay fees that are still owed. See Pay school fees.
  • Update your own name and contact details. See Your account and security.
  • Report a problem to the PinkTower team. See Report a problem.
  • Leave the school, if you no longer want access. See Leave a school.

What you cannot do

Anything else that changes something, such as sending messages, uploading paperwork, sending someone else to collect a child or reviewing teachers. If you try, PinkTower explains that your access is read-only.

Good to know

  • It is worked out for you, not your whole family. If you have one child who has graduated and another still at the school, nothing changes for you.
  • It applies to one school only. If you have a child at another school that uses PinkTower, with the same email address, your access there is not affected.
  • It reverses on its own. If the school brings back or enrols any of your children, your normal access returns.

If you think your access is read-only by mistake, ask your school office.
