PinkTower User Documentation¶
PinkTower runs the day-to-day of a childcare centre or school in one place: attendance, pickups, the school bus, messages and photos for families, paperwork, and school fees paid online. These guides show you how to use the PinkTower web app, on a computer or on your phone.
Most common tasks¶

Set up a new school
Register your school, add classes, invite your staff and enrol your students.

Take attendance
Mark who is present, late or absent, even without an internet connection.

Collect a child
Who is allowed to collect, recording a pickup at the gate, and sending someone else today.

Pay school fees
Pay by card or bank transfer, in full or in part, and get your receipt.

Get paid online
Connect your school's bank account so parents can pay fees in the app.

Talk to families
Messages, announcements, stories and photos.
New to PinkTower?¶
If someone at your school invited you, start with Accept an invitation. If you are opening PinkTower for your school for the first time, start with Register your school.
